Items purchased directly from Ergobaby.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
All returns must be submitted through our online return portal before sending any items back. Returns will only be accepted if the return process has been completed through the portal and a valid return label issued by Ergobaby is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package returned without an authorized return label will be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Return shipping costs are determined by item weight and location and will be quoted during the return process in the portal.
Metro Strollers and Bouncers are eligible for free returns. All other products are subject to return shipping fees.
Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received an item as a gift and are within the return window, we can assist with a return for store credit. In these cases, a return label is provided, and the return shipping cost is deducted from the store credit amount.
