You can wear the shoulder straps crossed on your back in the front carry position, whether your baby is facing in or facing out. Choosing crossed or parallel straps is based on your personal comfort preference.
Crossed straps are ideal for parents with narrower or wider shoulders. This setup is also helpful for parents with limited mobility, as you don’t need to reach behind to fasten or tighten the chest strap—all adjustments and buckling are done in the front. You do not buckle the chest buckle in the cross strap position as it hangs down.
