What to do if a buckle breaks on your carrier?

If you have a broken buckle, please do not use your carrier in its current condition, as it cannot be used safely. Ergobaby offers a complimentary service within 90 days after purchase to provide a replacement buckle after we determine that your carrier is compatible with the buckles we have available. If not within 90 days, we have buckles available for purchase on our site. 
Please note: we only carry male replacement buckles (buckles with prongs). We do not carry female buckles or chest straps, as these parts are not replaceable. Contact Customer Care so we can assist you with your complimentary buckle replacement or if you need help figuring out which buckle on our site matches your carrier.
