How should the shoulder straps be worn?

Always cross the shoulder straps with the Embrace baby carrier. In the Newborn mode - Facing In, spread the straps at the shoulders for additional head and neck support. In the Baby Mode Facing In and Facing Out, spreading the straps at the shoulder is optional.
