If you believe your Ergobaby product may have a manufacturing defect, you can submit a warranty claim by emailing our Customer Care team.
Please email support@ergobaby.com and include the following information:
Proof of purchase from Ergobaby or an authorized retailer
Several photos of the product, including the area of concern
A photo of the product’s manufacturing information tag
A short video showing any affected moving parts, if applicable
The product name and approximate purchase date
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the information and follow up if additional details are needed. After review, we will contact you regarding the next steps and available resolution options.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee coverage. All claims are reviewed in accordance with the ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee.
